Viewing a guest’s information

When you are viewing a guest’s information, you may:

  • Click “Edit guest” on the top of the page to edit the guest’s information; see “Editing a guest’s information.”

  • If you are assigned as a caller for this guest, you may update your call status to stop reminder emails or finish working with the guest by clicking the buttons on the right-hand side; see “Caller responsibilities.”

  • You may view, update, and add to the notes listed below the guest’s information. You should leave a record of all interactions you had with the guest; see “Guest notes.”
