Emailing a set list

  1. While viewing a set list, click on the Email link at the top of the page.

  2. Enter the email addresses you want to send the set list to. The list of recipients is pre-filled with the distribution list for the set list’s location. To change the distribution list for a location, go to the Locations page and click on the location you want to change.

  3. A preview of the email is displayed. Enter any additional notes you want to send with the email.

  4. By default, a PDF file of the songs in the set list is sent along with the email. If you do not want to send this, uncheck the Attach PDF file checkbox.

  5. Click Send email.
