Why use documents?

GuestView allows you to store documents to be shared among your follow-up team. You may use documents to:

  1. Keep instructional aids for your team, such as a policy guide, responsibilities and checklists, training material, or sample emails and call scripts.

  2. Permanently store testimonies from guests that you may use to regularly encourage your team.

  3. Provide reference material that your follow-up team can refer to in conversations with guests, such as a list of your church’s small groups, ministry teams, upcoming events, etc.

Click on the “Docs” link on the left-hand menu within GuestView to see and manage your documents.
