To configure GuestView settings for your church, click on the “Configuration” link in the menu on the left-hand side of any page. GuestView administrators can configure the following settings:
- Reminder interval. GuestView sends email reminders to your callers for each guest that is assigned to them. By default, GuestView will send these emails every two days until the caller clicks to stop the emails. You can change the reminder interval for your church anywhere between one day and fourteen days.
