Viewing and printing a set list

Viewing a set list

  1. To view a set list, click on the Sets link in the menu on the left-hand side of the SongBook. All available set lists are displayed, with more recent set lists appearing first.

  2. To filter set lists for a particular location or leader, select from the Location: or Leader: drop-down menus at the top of the page. To stop filtering, select the Anywhere or Anyone options from those drop-down menus.

  3. Click on any set list to view it. While viewing a set list, you can change the displayed format, transpose songs within the set list, and even view different arrangements of those songs.

Printing a set list

  1. Information about a set list can be included when you print. If you want to include this, make sure the Include set list information when printing checkbox is checked.

  2. If your set list has custom capo settings for some songs, you have an option to print a version of the set list without the capo settings. This is helpful when you need to print a copy of the set list for instruments that do not use capos, like piano or bass. If you want to do this, make sure the Print set list for non-capoed instruments checkbox is checked.

  3. You can print directly from your browser while viewing a set list by clicking Print from browser..., or…

  4. You can click on Download PDF file at the top of the page to download a PDF version of the set list. If you switched arrangements or transposed a song in the current view, those changes will be included in the downloaded PDF file.
