What is GuestView?
GuestView allows you to keep track of guests who visit your church and your church’s follow-up conversations with them. It allows you to:

Record information about guests, such as their contact information and prayer requests.

Send an automatic email, if you wish, to thank guests for their visit.

Assign responsibility for particular guests to members of a follow-up ministry team. It will send email reminders to your team to ensure that guests are called promptly after their visit, and allows you to track your team’s effectiveness.

Keep a record of conversations that pastors or your follow-up team have with a guest.
GuestView also helps you work with your follow-up ministry team by providing a central place to store documents for them to refer to, such as instructions, training material, encouragement and testimonies, and other resources.
